We booked Jackie for our Banff National Park wedding under her four hour package. All we have to say is WOW! Jackie went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. She treated everyone with kindness and took the most amazing photos. We could not be happier with Jackie’s work.
Everyone is always nervous and feeling a little awkward infront of the camera! Trust me, I even feel the same way as you. That is why I try my best to make our time together relaxed, fun, and capture candid moments of the two of you. My job is to make you feel comfortable and look your best.
Click on the contact page and get started! I am always available to chat about your ideas and tell you a little more about how I work. Once getting in touch I will set up a Google Meet or Zoom video call where you can get to know me and find out if I am a good fit for your day.
I have always had a love for photography, and saw it as a great way to document meaningful stories, travel, and do something that I love. My father gave me my first camera ever, and it was all downhill from there! To be able to capture people making the most of their lives together is the best part.
Of course, this completely depends on the number of hours you book with me. On average, I deliver between 75-100 images per hour.
Your high-quality and full-resolution photos will be returned through an online gallery via the Pic Time platform. Here, you will be able to download the web and print-sized images to use however you wish.
The Pic-Time gallery that I send out for each shoot allows you to share the entire day with your friends and family too! This way, they can download whatever photos they like from the day and don’t have to bug you for them!
Of course! I capture these photos for you to enjoy for a lifetime, and I want you to enjoy them on your walls, with family, or to use as thank-you cards after the wedding.
I am happy to offer my clients custom albums that are hand bound in Canada. The quality of these albums is the absolute best I have been able to get my hands on. These can be purchased at any time, even after your photos have been returned.
The main difference is the time and coverage. Please note that all of the packages in my pricing guide are flexible. I know that every wedding day is unique, and am happy to put something together that suits your day perfectly. Just get in contact, and I would be happy to help!
That’s absolutely no problem at all! Since I normally book a year out, I understand that you are still in the process of figuring out what your day will look like. This also means that your coverage needs might change. I always allow clients to change the number of hours needed up until the day of the wedding.
I take the utmost pride in having a super fast turn around time for our photos. Typically, I edit around 10–20 preview photos within a week of the event and get them back to you right away so you have something to share with your friends and family. Total processing time usually takes six to twelve weeks. This largely depends on the time of year. June through to September is typically the busiest season.
I shoot on Nikon mirrorless cameras with two card slots and a full bag of lenses for every type of situation. Here is a full list for all of you gear nerds: 2 x Nikon Z7II Cameras, 35mm 1.4, 50mm 1.2, 85mm 1.4, 28-70mm 2.0, 70-200mm 2.8, 14mm 2.0
I have yet to run into this problem, and I hope I never do! In the event that I were to get sick, I have an extensive list of other photographers in the area that I trust to provide the quality of work that I produce.
I love embracing all kinds of weather! Some of my favourite shoots have come from ‘not ideal’ weather conditions. Having said that, I always keep a close eye on the local forecast and radars, especially if you are planning an adventure shoot in the mountains. The weather can be unpredictable in the mountains, but it also passes quickly. I keep days free around your date as well to guarantee a weather backup if needed.
Absolutely! I have every wedding or adventure that I have shot backed up in multiple locations. This insures that if you ever lose your copy, I can get a new one out to you right away. Having said that, I do urge you to do the same and backup your photos in multiple locations.
Of course! I am always searching for the best location in the area that I can share with my couples. This is one of the most important parts of my job, as I look for and plan the logistics of the shoot. Once I get an idea of what you like as a couple, I will put together a list of locations that I feel are the best fit for you.
