Bonnie and Tyson got married this past February at Silvertip Resort here in the Rocky Mountain town of Canmore, Alberta. Bonnie and Tyson’s wedding was amazing and I loved every last minute of our time together! Their wedding was my first time shooting a wedding at this location, and let me just say – this venue is STUNNING! I have been to many events at Silvertip Resort, including a wedding, but had never photographed one at this location previously. This venue is nestled up to the base of Mount Lady MacDonald on the stunning Silvertip Golf Course. Bonnie and Tyson hosted their immediate family on the Three Sister’s Patio with the towering Canadian Rockies looking on as they said their vows. Although Bonnie and Tyson’s extended family and friends could not attend, they were present via video chat for the entirety of the celebration.

I loved how they had everything set up – the whole venue was so aesthetically pleasing, with their adorable wedding arch adorned with flowers and greenery, to the crackling fires and cozy blankets for their guests. There are so many locations at this resort for wedding venues, but I must admit, this one is my favourite!

Bonnie and Tyson’s Silvertip Resort wedding was mid-February, and as we all know, the weather at this time of year can be anywhere from amazing to absolutely BONKERS, so we were all very thankful that this particular February day turned out to be sunny and warm. Everyone definitely got a little emotional during the ceremony, but tonnes of laughs were had to pair with the tears as Bonnie and Tyson recited their personal wedding vows. Bonnie and Tyson are so silly and fun-loving that they were laughing together throughout the entire day, which meant that there were plenty of smiles and laughs to be had by all. After the wedding and quick celebrations, we took off to some of the more iconic photo locations throughout Canmore for an intimate couple’s session.

Throughout the entire day, at Silvertip Resort and as we made our way throughout Canmore, I vibed with these two lovebirds SO WELL. Bonnie and Tyson are truly the goofiest, happiest, and most in love couple ever. I am so happy to have been a part of this next chapter in Bonnie and Tyson’s lives, and wish them both the very best in their bright future together as MR and MRS.
